Cancellation requests must be received in writing (or email) and are only accepted prior to 30 days (for full refund) or 29 days to 48 hours (for 50 percent refund) from the reservation start date.
There will be a $25.00 administrative fee charged for cancellations within the accepted period.
Reschedule requests are permitted once and must be requested a minimum of 48 hours from the reservation start date.
