Blackburn Point Park is a 15-acre water access park, comprised of three nodes/sections, having each one their individual characteristics and amenities.

The west node (located west of the historic swing bridge on the north side of Blackburn Point Road) amenities include: restrooms, covered picnic tables, kayak/sculling launch with floating dock (non-motorized boats only), and parking for cars and non-motorized boat trailers only.
The central node, (also known as Fisherman’s Island is located east of the swing bridge) amenities include:
  • several fishing piers,
  • picnic area,
  • kayak launch,
  • boardwalk to east node and
  • parking for cars and non-motorized boat trailers only.
The east node amenities include: 
  • 2-lane motorized boat ramp,
  • restrooms,
  • parking for motorized boat trailers only, with limited car parking,
  • nature trail,
  • fishing pier

Hours
Open year round from 6 a.m. to midnight.

Fisherman's Island and the west node are closed to vehicles from 12 midnight to 6 a.m.
