Although it is rare, should your bill be estimated, an "E" will be shown on your bill next to the number of days included in this service period.
Bills may be estimated for several reasons, including:
a vehicle parked over the water meter,
heavy rainfall on the scheduled reading day, or
landscaping that prevented our meter reader from locating the meter.
Should you not wish to receive an estimated bill, you may read your own water meter and provide our billing office with the reading and a corrected bill will be mailed to you. A meter reading can also be called in.
