The Sarasota County Water Quality Summit took place on June 5, 2019 and brought together local, regional and state experts to discuss water quality. Free and open to the public, the goal of the summit was to enhance community understanding about local and state efforts to address water quality.

The summit focused on the science of water quality, current programs and policies of Sarasota County and others locally, and additional action opportunities for individuals, businesses and neighborhoods.

The event was free, but seating was limited and registration was required.
