Capital Programming involves looking out five (5) years to determine which capital projects are needed and determining available funding sources and the timing of those sources. Detailed Capital Improvement Program(CIP) sheets are created, monitored and prioritized on a yearly basis.  For FY26-30 the Capital Improvement Program involves 48 projects/programs valued at $623.3M

Seven Connect
The Seven-Connect is a Board of County Commissioners group of priority roadway corridor improvement projects initiated in 2026. The projects seek to enhance community mobility. It comprises over 66 miles of new roads and nearly $400 million of community investment.
