Residential service includes weekly curbside pickup of properly prepared garbage, recycling and yard materials. In addition, residents within the District may also leave items such as tires, used motor oil and oil filters curbside for pickup with their weekly service. Residents are billed through a non ad-valorem assessment on their annual tax bills.

For FY25, the proposed annual rate for curbside collection service of garbage, recycling and yard waste is $263.96 for Class I customers and $223.24 for Class II customers. The public hearing to adopt FY25 rates was held in September 2024.

Properties with multiple dwelling units (i.e. duplex, triplex, quadplex, apartments, condominiums, mobile homes, retirement homes) will be billed for each dwelling unit.

A residential customer receiving residential collection service in a Class II container located within the Service District.
