Property Question Form

QUESTION: Are there any dead trees on the property? Do public utilities (water, sewer, electric) currently exist on the property or are they instead available for connection at the property boundary?

ANSWER:  It is unknown if any dead trees exist on the property at this time. The two parcels adjacent to Aberdeen Dr. would be able to tie into the existing 6-inch water main along the west side of Aberdeen. Sewer services could be tied into the 8-inch force main (near the roundabout) via grinder pump stations.

Question:  What is the elevation of the lot?

Answer:  We do not know the elevation of the lot.

Question:  Do you have any pricing on the cost to clear the lot?

Answer:  No cost estimates to clear the lot have been obtained.
