ANSWER: It is unknown if any dead trees exist on the property at this time. The two parcels adjacent to Aberdeen Dr. would be able to tie into the existing 6-inch water main along the west side of Aberdeen. Sewer services could be tied into the 8-inch force main (near the roundabout) via grinder pump stations.
