Sign Up Online for eBill Notifications with Paymentus

Sarasota County Utilities Customers who sign up online for autopay accounts can view payment history, consumption history and pay bills using AMEX, Discover, MasterCard or Visa credit or debit cards. Follow the instructions below to enroll in autopay via Paymentus.

Enroll in Paymentus

1. Go to www.scgov.net/Paymentus and click on “CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT.” On the next screen, in the login box on the right, click on “Register Now” next to “Don’t have an account?”

2. Enter your information in the fields. When complete, click on “Enroll” (at the bottom of the page). The screen will move to “Add Account.”

3. Fill out the form and click on "I agree to the Payment Authorization Terms," Then, click “Add Account.”

4. An “Account Created” confirmation will be displayed.

Use Our Form to Sign Up for eBills and Notifications 

For Sarasota County Utilities Customers who wish to sign up using our eBill form instead,  please click on the link below to access the form.
