Draft copies of our standard contract templates are provided to make potential contractors and consultants aware of the contractual requirements for doing business with Sarasota County. Contract templates may be modified at the sole discretion of the County to meet the unique needs for each purchase. Contractors and consultants will also be required to comply with Sarasota County’s General Terms and Conditions of Solicitations or General Terms and Conditions of Purchase Orders as appliable.
