Yes. To search records/permits in Accela, you must have an account. To register for an account:

1. Go to Accela Civic Application.
2. Click the CREATE AN ACCOUNT button at the bottom of the page OR click on Register for an Account at the top right of the page.
3. Complete the Registration.

• First go to the appropriate tab across the top (Modules) for the record(s) you are searching for. Modules and their associated example record types are listed below.
• Within each Module you have multiple search criteria to choose from.
  • General Search gives several choices:record/permit number, record type, contractor license number, contractor name, location/address, PID, etc.
• You can also minimize the search criteria by clicking on the right side of General Search
  • Search by Address
  • Search by Licensed Professional Information
  • Search by Record Information
• You can download your search results if needed by clicking Download Results at the top of your search results list
