Starting March 23, 2026 all PDS services that are currently provided at 1001 Sarasota Center Blvd will be moving to the PDS One Stop located at 870 Apex Road, Sarasota, Florida 34240.

Hours of Operation

Online applications can be submitted 24/7.

Normal business hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Permit Centers

The Permit Centers are open Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Note: closed at 3:30 p.m. on Thursdays.
