Vehicle Accident Reporting

If you believe you have sustained damage to or by a vehicle as a result of something the county did or did not do, complete the Incident Reporting Form for Sarasota County Vehicle Damage/Incident linked to the right and submit the completed form to both:

• Claims@scgov.net

You may also report an incident by calling Davies Claims North America, Inc at 1-866-803-5100 in lieu of filling out the form electronically.

Any person who knowingly and with intent to injure, defraud, or deceive any insurance company, files a statement of claim containing any false, incomplete or misleading information is guilty of felony of third degree, pursuant to Florida Statute #817.234.
