Criminal Justice, Mental Health and Substance Abuse Planning Council

The Criminal Justice, Mental Health and Substance Abuse Planning Council (CJMHSAPC) serves as an advisory board to the Board of County Commissioners for the sole purpose of providing oversight of the Comprehensive Treatment Court. Membership on the CJMHSAPC is defined by statute and is comprised of all members of the CJC and eight additional stakeholders.  Agenda and minutes available upon request.
