Healthcare Facility Comprehensive Emergency Management Plan (CEMP) Overview 

Sarasota County Emergency Management has the statutory responsibility of reviewing and approving the CEMPs based on the criteria established by the State of Florida Agency for Healthcare Administration (AHCA).

How to submit your CEMP:

New Facilities:

E-mail HealthcareCEMP@scgov.net with the following:

  • Facility Name
  • Facility Type
  • Facility Address
  • Primary Point of Contact
    • Phone number
    • E-mail

Existing Facilities:

The Primary Point of Contact will receive an update request link via email from our facility database 60-days prior to the expiration of the facility's CEMP. Documents for the annual CEMP update must be uploaded via the update request link.
