Transactional Attorney

Seeking attorney to practice transactional and local government law in a collaborative and high-achieving environment. Minimum 2 years’ experience preferably working in local government or private practice handling contracts or business transactions.  Must have excellent oral and written communication skills, and strong legal research, analytical, and drafting skills.  Membership in The Florida Bar required. Starting salary range: $80,000 to $120,000. Salary negotiable and dependent on experience.  Excellent benefits package.

Legal Assistant

Minimum 3 years’ office experience to join our team. Seeking candidate to provide support to Office Administrator, assist with various tasks including but not limited to scheduling, budgeting, accounting, reporting, in-processing, managing supplies. Must be proficient with Microsoft Suite and possess excellent organizational skills with a strong work ethic. Experience with document management software, time management software, court e-filing and prior work with government office a plus. Starting salary range: $42,000 to $58,000. Salary negotiable and dependent on experience.  Excellent benefits package.
