Oct. 29, 2025 Update: Sarasota County staff has moved our broadcast equipment to Robert L. Anderson Administration Center commission chambers and our live stream has been restored. The next live TV meeting is Wednesday, Nov. 5, and it will be available on scgov.net to watch live.

Effective Oct. 27, Access Sarasota is off air on Comcast 19 and Frontier 32 until the county moves into its new County Administration Center at 1 Apex Road, Sarasota, in early 2026. Sarasota County Commission meetings are available to be watched live via the Live TV button on scgov.net homepage or by searching Meetings on Demand. The live stream can also be viewed by downloading the Cablecast app in the Apple app store or Android Mobile (Google Play Store) and selecting “Sarasota County Government” from the list of channels once downloaded. Sarasota County also has custom live streaming apps on Roku and Apple TV.

Access Sarasota is proud to bring government to the citizens of Sarasota County by providing live coverage of all Board of County Commissioners meetings, Charter Review Board meetings and the meetings of six advisory councils and appointed boards.

We carry live meetings from the City of Sarasota, replays of municipal and organizational meetings, original public affairs programming and the Classic Arts Showcase in the overnight hours.

"Meetings on Demand" provides a video and document archive of Sarasota County Commission meetings, agendas and supporting documentation. 

Sarasota County Government has custom live streaming apps. They are available on Roku TV, and Apple. 

Live streams are also available on Amazon Fire TV, iOS (iPhones/iPads), and Android Mobile (Google Play Store), but only on the "Cablecast" app, then selecting "Sarasota County Government" from the list of channels.
