Purpose: Provide a conduit for citizen input to the County Commission, sitting as the Sarasota County Transportation Authority; make recommendations or provide advice to the Commission and staff.
 
Requirements: 7 members
  • 1 staff representative from a social services agency that works with marginalized populations in Sarasota County
  • 1 current or former planning professional with health, community development, economic development, or transportation expertise
  • 1 Students Taking Active Roles (STAR) Government representative
  • 4 at-large members
Term: 3 years
