Governing Legislation: Resolution No. 2008-216
Purpose: Provide a conduit for citizen input to the Navigable Waterways Program Manager and the County Commission, make recommendations and provide advice.
Requirements: Five members.
- Must be property owner and resident within the Navigable Waterways Program Unit.
- May not hold elected office.
- May not be employed by the BCC nor a vendor of county goods and/or services.
Term: Three years.
