Sarasota County Commissioners approved the omnibus agreement with Mote Marine Laboratory and Aquarium on Wednesday, Jan. 30, which serves as the overarching document for all subsequent agreements with Mote, including the short-term lease and conveyance of land near Nathan Benderson Park.
