Prime-Time, Large Event Package $4,000
  • Friday, Saturday, Holidays – up to 10 hours (2 p.m.-12 a.m.)
  • Sunday Rental - 10 hours (12 p.m. – 10 p.m.)
    (300-500 guests)
  • Rooms: A, B, C, D, entire kitchen, lobby
    • Includes: 500 chairs, 63 60-inches round tables, use of house speakers, and personnel for set-up and break-down of tables and chairs
      (Renter must provide floor plan at least one week prior to event)
  • Kitchen Use – $200 charge for outside caterers approved by Venice Community Center staff
  • Refundable Security Deposit – $800
  • Reservation Deposit - $800
    • *Reservation Cancellation Fee - $200

  • Entire Facility (A, B, C, D, E, F, G, J, Entire Kitchen, Lobby)
    • Includes: Up to 50 eight feet tables, Up to 100 chairs, one Wireless Microphone, five Disc CD Player and Stage (for displays only), personnel for set-up and break down of tables and chairs
  • Kitchen Use – $200 charge for outside caterers approved by Venice Community Center staff
  • Refundable Security Deposit – $2,520,520
  • Reservation Deposit - $2,520
  • *Reservation Cancellation Fee - $500
Prime-Time, Expo/Tradeshow Package – $20,000
  • Minimum three day rental – up to 12 hours per day (8 a.m. - 8 p.m.)
  • Entire Facility (A, B, C, D, E, F, G, J, entire kitchen, lobby)
    • Includes: 50 booths (6’ X 8’) - Pipe and drape (Choice of six colors).
      • Each booth contains: one table, one chair, Back Drop, side panels, table skirt
    • Banner with company name
    • Personnel for set-up and break down of tables and chairs
  • Refundable Security Deposit - $4,000
  • Reservation Deposit - $4,000
  • *Reservation Cancellation Fee - $500
