 Taxes at the Libraries - 2015 Filing Season


Due to significant budget cuts passed by Congress, the IRS is not providing the usual level of pre-printed tax forms to libraries this year.

The only forms the library will receive are: Form 1040, Form 1040A and Form 1040EZ.
The library will not receive any instruction booklets.
You may obtain tax additional tax forms, instructions, and publications by

  • downloading from the IRS website at
  • ordering forms to be delivered by mail by

  • The State of Florida does not collect personal income taxes from residents.
  • Florida's tax information is found on the website for the Florida Department of Revenue:
  • For other states, personal income taxes are usually available from that state's Department of Revenue, Tax Commission or similar body charged with collecting taxes. Links for all 50 states are on the Federation of Tax Administrators' website:
