 Taxes at the Libraries: February - April 2016


The IRS no longer provides the level of pre-printed tax forms to libraries that it has in the past.

The only forms the library expects to receive are: Form 1040, Form 1040A and Form 1040EZ.
The library does not expect to receive any instruction booklets.
You may obtain tax additional tax forms, instructions, and publications by

  • The State of Florida does not collect personal income taxes from residents.
  • Florida's tax information is found on the website for the Florida Department of Revenue:
  • For other states, personal income taxes are usually available from that state's Department of Revenue, Tax Commission or similar body charged with collecting taxes. Links for all 50 states are on the Federation of Tax Administrators' website:
