NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Board of County Commissioners of Sarasota County, Florida, will hold a Public Hearing on January 13, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. or soon thereafter in the Robert L. Anderson Administration Center, 4000 S. Tamiami Trail, Venice, FL 34293 to consider and act upon the adoption of the following proposed Ordinance.
AN ORDINANCE OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, RELATING TO THE REVIEW OF HEALTHCARE FACILITY EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT PLANS; AMENDING CHAPTER 50; AUTHORIZING THE COLLECTION OF FEES FOR PLAN REVIEWS
All interested parties are invited to appear and be heard in accordance with the rules adopted by the Board. A complete draft of the proposed Ordinance is on file and available for public inspection in the Public Access Department of the Office of the Clerk to the Board of County Commissioners, 2000 Main Street, Sarasota, FL, 34237 by scheduling an appointment at boardofrecords@sarasotaclerkandcomptroller.com, or can be downloaded at http://www.scgov.net on the Thursday preceding the meeting. Written comments filed with the Board of County Commissioners will be considered. Said public hearing may be continued from time to time as announced at the aforementioned hearing, or as may be found necessary.
