Notice is hereby given that the Board of County Commissioners of Sarasota County, Florida, proposes to adopt budget amendment B2026-025.

This notice is published pursuant to the requirements of Florida Statute 129.06; accordingly, the publication of same must be accomplished at least 2 days, but not more than 5 days, before the date of the hearing.  Proposed Board of County Commission resolutions can be available for public inspection in the Public Access department, 2000 Main Street,  Sarasota, FL 34237, by scheduling an appointment at boardofrecords@sarasotaclerkandcomptroller.com or they can be downloaded at www.scgov.net on the Tuesday preceding the Board meeting.

NO STENOGRAPHIC RECORD BY A CERTIFIED COURT REPORTER IS MADE OF THIS MEETING.  ACCORDINGLY, ANY PERSON WHO MAY SEEK TO APPEAL ANY DECISIONS INVOLVING THE MATTERS NOTICED HEREIN WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR MAKING A VERBATIM RECORD OF THE TESTIMONY AND EVIDENCE AT THIS MEETING UPON WHICH ANY APPEAL IS TO BE TAKEN.
