Tamiami Road, Commission Chamber, Venice, Florida beginning at 9:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter to consider Unified Development Code Amendment No. 2025-14, relating to Subdivision Platting.

AN ORDINANCE OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, (UNIFIED DEVELOPMENT CODE AMENDMENT NO. 2025-14) AMENDING SARASOTA COUNTY ORDINANCE NO. 2018-047 (AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME) CODIFIED AS CHAPTER 124 OF THE SARASOTA COUNTY CODE, RELATING TO ZONING WITHIN THE UNINCORPORATED AREA OF SARASOTA COUNTY; PROVIDING FOR FINDINGS; AMENDING ARTICLE 4, SECTION 124-29 ADMINISTRATOR OF THIS UNIFIED DEVELOPMENT CODE (UDC); AMENDING ARTICLE 5, SECTION 124-41 SUBDIVISION OR SITE DEVELOPMENT PLAN REVIEW PROCEDURE; AMENDING ARTICLE 5, SECTION 124-42 FINAL SUBDIVISION PLAT REVIEW PROCEDURE; AMENDING ARTICLE 5, SECTION 124-53 BINDING DEVELOPMENT CONCEPT PLANS MODIFICATION REVIEW PROCEDURE; AMENDING ARTICLE 12, SECTION 124-233 APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS FOR FINAL SUBDIVISION PLAT; AMENDING ARTICLE 12, SECTION 124-234 FINAL SUBDIVISION PLAT SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS; AMENDING ARTICLE 18, SECTION 124-310 APPENDICES A1, B10, AND C27; PROVIDING FOR EFFECT ON OTHER ORDINANCES; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING FOR CODING OF AMENDMENTS; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
