The Sarasota Board of County Commissioners will hold a Public Hearing on January 27, 2026, at the Robert L. Anderson Administration Center, County Commission Chamber, 4000 S. Tamiami Trail, Venice, Florida at 9:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as possible to consider:

A Resolution approving Plat Vacation Petition No. PV25-14, to vacate the County’s interest in a 227.84 square-foot of a drainage easement located in the rear of Lot 44, Lakes Estates III Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book in Plat Book 32, Page 2, Public Records Sarasota County, Florida, known as 1633 Oak Circle South, Sarasota, Florida 34232.
