2026-02 2026 ANNUAL CERTIFICATION OF QUALIFIED PROFESSIONALS FOR CONSTRUCTION RELATED SERVICES

LEGAL ADVERTISEMENT FOR ANNUAL CERTIFICATION OF QUALIFIED
PROFESSIONALS FOR CONSTRUCTION RELATED SERVICES

SCHOOL BOARD OF SARASOTA COUNTY will receive submissions for 2026 ANNUAL CERTIFICATION OF QUALIFIED PROFESSIONALS FOR CONSTRUCTION RELATED SERVICES in accordance with School Board Policy 7.71. The policy requires firms wishing to provide professional construction related services to annually submit their statement of qualifications. All firms currently on the SCS qualified professionals list MUST submit to be included on the 2026 ANNUAL CERTIFICATION OF QUALIFIED PROFESSIONALS FOR CONSTRUCTION RELATED SERVICES.

Firms interested in being included in the 2026 list must submit:
[1] A letter of interest, specifying one or more services provided.
One (1) e-mail address for an individual within your organization who must be registered in CSD’s VendorLink Database: VendorLink | Register (sarasotacountyschools.net) to receive all communications.
[2] Florida State License (as applicable)
[3] Public Crime Entity Form
[4] Current Certificate of Liability Insurance listing the Certificate Holder as follows:

[5] Foreign Country of Concern Affidavit for Nongovernmental Entities
[6] Human Trafficking Affidavit for Nongovernmental Entities
[7] Certificate of Bonding Capacity equal to or exceeding the amount of any project for which the contractor seeks qualification (Construction Managers only)

Documents must be current and submitted electronically in a single pdf file through CSD's VendorLink Database. A VendorLink notification will be sent, iwth submittal/upload instructions and information, to interested and registered firms. All data must be current as of the date of submission and received prior to 3:00 PM on or before Wednesday, November 19, 2025.

All qualified firms will be submitted for Board approval in January 2026. Only those firms who submitted all documentations on time will be included in the annual certification.
