A leaking component to a valve caused about 80 gallons of reclaimed water to spill onto the roadway and ditch near Palmer Ranch Parkway and Honore Avenue Friday. Our dedicated Utilities crew quickly jumped into action to repair the valve and recover the water from the roadway, as pictured here. Reclaimed water is treated and safe for irrigation. Today #SRQCounty joined the City of Sarasota, Government and
Manatee County, Florida for the 2020 Manasota Neighborhood Summit.
The summit is provides current and aspiring neighborhood leaders an informational toolkit for neighborhood improvements, engagement and more. It was held today at Gold Coast Eagle Distributing Center, and concluded with an afternoon trolley tour highlighting some sustainable aspects of Lakewood Ranch.
