TOP TIP: Traffic lights that are not working should be treated as a four-way stop.
As a reminder, at a four-way stop, the driver on the left should yield the right of way to the vehicle on the right.

• Downed power lines are dangerous even when the power is out.
• Never touch them or attempt to drive over them. Go the opposite way.
• Flooded roads can be deadly. Never drive through flooded roadways and risk getting stuck.
