Primitive Camping

Enjoy a night in the wild at T. Marby Carlton, Jr. Memorial Reserve or Myakkahatchee Creek Environmental Park. Primitive campsites can be reserved up to one year in advance by calling 941-861-7275.

Natural Areas and Birding Guides

Park Hours: 6 a.m. to midnight

This section of Ted Sperling Park is popular with kayakers and paddle-boarders looking to explore water trails through mangrove tunnels. Rentals are available through permitted vendors onsite.
