Perfect Halloween event! Join Dr. Katherine Clements for a discussion on one of our most misunderstood mammals… bats!
We will discuss the natural history, fun facts, and beneficial aspects of bats.
Learn what bats are in our area and why we want them here!
At sunset, we will take a stroll to see what nocturnal visitors might be out and hopefully watch as the bats exit the Rookery bat houses!
Appropriate for ages 8 – 108.
Register early through ufsarasotaext.eventbrite.com to reserve your spot and receive notice of any changes.
