UF/IFAS Extension: Sustainable Communities Workshop Sponsors and Exhibitors

We Invite You to Join Us as a Workshop Sponsor.

When you sponsor the 14th Annual Sustainable Communities Workshop, "Growing Greener Generations," you provide vital support for conference organization efforts and help facilitate the goal of a sustainable community. The 2019 Sustainable Communities Workshop will bring the community together to discuss sustainability priorites and solutions.

Residents, business leaders, institutions, government agencies and organizations will gather to learn from knowledgeable speakers and panel discussions. Several different sustainability topics will be discussed - more information on this year's speakers and topics will be provided soon.

Your workshop sponsorship provides a once-a-year opportunity to meet sustainability leaders and communicate with potential clients.

Please join us to have your commitment to community sustainability recognized.

Sponsors are in an ideal position to offer information and services to residents, businesses, organizations, and government agency workshop attendees.

Sponsors will be recognized, based on their level of support, on our workshop’s promotional material, website and at the event. Sponsorship opportunities for the 2019 Sustainable Communities Workshop are available at the following levels:

  • Green $3,000- Keynote Speaker sponsor

  • Platinum $2,000- Lunch sponsor

  • Gold $1,500- Breakfast sponsor

  • Silver $500

  • Bronze $250

Sponsorship deadline is Oct. 14, 2019 to allow recognition on workshop promotional materials.

We Invite You To Participate as a Workshop Exhibitor.

The 14th Annual Sustainable Communities Workshop, "Growing Greener Generations," invites you to join us to offer your products, services, and programs at the 2019 workshop. If your organization is helping to build the sustainable, healthy, clean energy, resilient, and resource conserving marketplace, exhibiting at the Sustainable Communities Workshop is a vehicle for promoting your products, services, programs and technologies.

Showcase your sustainable solutions for water, energy, and infrastructure demands, renewable and alternative energy, resource conservation, electric vehicles, recycling, reuse, clean tech, green business, ecotourism, development and housing choices, health improvements and local food.

Approved exhibitors may offer coupons, offer products for sale at your table during the workshop, and/or enlist volunteer support at the workshop. Locally sourced or produced products are encouraged.

Exhibitor space is available for a fee of $75 upon approval, and includes two complimentary workshop registrations.

Exhibitor deadline is Oct. 14, 2019.

The fiscal host of the workshop is Transition Sarasota a 501©3 organization. Contributions are tax deductible to the extent provided by law and within IRS guidelines. No goods or services are provided in consideration for contributions and no professional solicitors or fundraising consultants are retained by Transition Sarasota. The federal tax identification number is 47-5682533. Funds received as a result of this workshop are overseen by the Sustainable Communities Workshop Planning Committee to support annual Sustainable Communities Workshops.
