This training seminar offers a review of material required to complete or renew the FDACS Aquatic Restricted Use Pesticide (RUP) licensing certification. Attendees will receive a maximum of 4 CEUs in the following categories: Aquatic, Natural Areas, Right-of-Way, Demonstration & Research.
TIME: Registration: 8:00 a.m. - 8:30 a.m.; Class: 8:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. Exams*: 1:30 - 4:30 p.m; *must pre-register for exams at: https://aesecomm.freshfromflorida.com/ ; bring your voucher number to the exam.
Please be aware that lunch is on your own.

Important note: This seminar reviews fundamentals required to pass the RUP Aquatic exam. However, it is not a substitute for studying the relevant pesticide applicator training manuals. Study guides can be purchased from the Sarasota County Extension office or the UF/IFAS Extension Bookstore. Click the links below for additional information. It is highly recommended that you study the training manuals before taking either the Core or Aquatic exams.
