Calcs-Plus is a professional heating and air conditioning design company specializing in both residential and light commercial work.'They have been providing residential and commercial HVAC load calculations and energy code calculations since 1991. Calcs-Plus creed is to provide unbiased, ethical and expert services based upon our resources and knowledge exceeding the prevalent and numerous government, utility, and private programs and standards. Their clients include: HVAC contractors, architects, engineers, building contractors, lending institutions, realtors, home and business owners, and federal contractors.

Today, Calcs-Plus provides a number of expanded services which include: Third party Testing and Inspections for HERS index, FGBC and LEED; Energy Conservation that you can see including smoke testing of duct systems; HVAC Room by Room Load Calculations (Manual J); HVAC System design (Residential and Light commercial); Energy Code calculations for permitting both residential and commercial projects; Building diagnostics related to infiltration and moisture control.

Being a company that focuses on energy conservation, Calcs-Plus demonstrates their commitment to green initiatives through energy reduction, water conservation and recycling measures. Using a combination of compact fluorescents and LED lighting, insulation, window film and natural light, the office is able to reduce energy costs and impacts. The Calcs-Plus office location in Venice installed a 15kW solar array. Calcs-Plus recycling efforts include collecting aluminum cans for Habitat for Humanity. Additionally, Calcs-Plus promotes company wellness and carpooling efforts among its employees.
