This index begins in the early 1900s and includes obituaries from the Sarasota Times (prior to 1928,) the Sarasota Herald (1925-1938,) and the Sarasota Herald-Tribune (1938-present.) There are occasional obituaries from The News, the Sarasota Journal and the Englewood Sun.
