Board of Zoning Appeals
Governing Legislation:
Ordinance No. 75-038, as amended
Purpose: To hear appeals concerning interpretation or administration and for variances under the zoning regulations.
Requirements: - county resident for two years
- no member shall hold elective office or be employed by any municipality or county government in Sarasota County
Term: Seven members, three year terms
Meetings: Second Monday of each month at 6 p.m.
