Public Facilities Financing Advisory Board
Governing Legislation:
Resolution No. 90-214, repealed by Res. No. 90-404. Re-established by Res. No. 95-037, restructured and re-established by Resolution 2002-285 and continued by Resolution 2007-294
Purpose: To advise and make recommendations to the County Commissioners on impact fees, other funding sources, the fiscal impacts of levels of service and other issues relating to the provision and financing of public facilities as requested by the County Commissioners.
Requirements: - three public facilities and/or financial professionals
- three civics organization
- three development building and construction
- one Sarasota County resident
Term: Three years
Meetings: Regular meetings are held the second Friday afternoon of every odd number month, or on an as needed basis. Special meetings may also be scheduled on an as needed basis.
