Sarasota County Health Facilities Authority and Industrial Development Revenue Bond Citizens Advisory Committee
Governing Legislation:
Resolution 2008-124 and Chapters 154 and 159, Florida Statutes.
Purpose: To provide written recommendations to the County Commission with regard to the financing of the development of health facilities and health care facilities. Also the financing of eligible projects with industrial development revenue bonds and all matters contemplated in Chapters 154 and 159, Florida Statutes.
Requirements: Must be a resident of Sarasota County, Florida.
Terms: Three-year staggered terms
Meetings: At the call of the chair based on need to review financing applications.
