 As
the community’s needs change, we find ourselves having to adjust
our direction and goals. Doing so is no easy task, but it can be
made easier with a workshop that applies solid strategic
business planning practices and encourages diverse ideas. OED
staff will design a customized and energizing workshop agenda,
and will facilitate portions of the workshop where appropriate.
During these workshops, participants will:
- create a shared understanding of their revised vision,
mission and goals,
- draft an initial action plan for acting upon these new goals,
and
- complete other workshop objectives as requested by the
leader, i.e., related to team effectiveness (communication, role
clarity, group problem solving, etc.)
