New
Employee Orientation (NEO) is designed to introduce new
employees to Sarasota County Government's mission, vision,
values and organizational structure. Participants will meet the
county administrator or deputy county administrator, tour the County's
Administration Center, learn about the many critical services
provided to the citizens of the community and learn specific
ways they can achieve career satisfaction and success at
Sarasota County. NEO is a one-day program, held on the dates
listed below, in
the Administration Center, First Floor Training Room,
in downtown Sarasota. Participation is mandatory for all newly
hired BCC employees. Current employees can also attend by
enrolling through
TRAC.
