SCAT Plus / Paratransit Shared Ride or Silver Card Service

Silver Card Eligibility

• In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA), SCAT provides Paratransit Shared Ride Service (SCAT Plus) to anyone with a disability who cannot use the SCAT fixed-route bus service and who is traveling in Sarasota County.
• SCAT Plus or SCAT Silver Card Program, is intended only for those trips that the person cannot make on SCAT fixed-route buses.
• To be eligible for this service an application form must be completed and approved.
