Sarasota County recognizes there are
opportunities to implement infrastructure improvements through
public-private partnerships and development agreements. Florida
Statutes, Section 163.3239, and Sarasota County Code Chapter 94,
Article VII and VIII, provide regulations under which these
agreements may be developed.
