Neighborhoods, like the people
who live in them, have their own distinctive personalities with
their own valuable assets and unique character. Sarasota County's Neighborhood Services
assists and encourages residents to participate actively in
their neighborhoods to help preserve and enhance their quality
of life.
The Neighborhood Services program is a
partnership between neighborhoods and Sarasota County Government
and helps to connect people to the resources and information
they need.
Neighborhood Services has three main elements:
- Neighborhood Grants
- Neighborhood Planning
- Neighborhood University - A
