Completed applications must be received by Sarasota County Human Services by 5 p.m.

Applications reviewed by staff for completeness, correctness, and eligibility.

June 22
Applications distributed to HSAC members for review.

June 22 - August 14
HSAC site visits and application reading and Financial Subcommittee application review and report preparation.

August 21 - 28, September 11, 18
HSAC meetings to develop recommendations and justifications. (These meetings will take place from 12:00 to 5:00 p.m. at the Sarasota County Administration Center, 1660 Ringling Blvd., Sarasota, in the Think Tank located on the 3rd floor.)

September 25
alternative date to develop recommendations and justifications if needed.

September 18 - October 5
Materials preparation by staff for BCC public meeting. 

October 5
Funding recommendations and associated materials distributed to BCC.

October 16
Contracted Human Services Public Meeting prior to finalization of contracts.  Council presentation to the Board of County Commissioners for the FY 2010 Contracted Human Services Program recommendations.
