Completed applications must be received by Sarasota County Human Services by 5 p.m.

May 19 - June 16
Applications reviewed by staff for completeness, correctness and eligibility.

June 16
Applications distributed to HSAC members for review.

June 16 - July 25
HSAC site visits and application reading and Financial Subcommittee application review and report preparation.

August 1 - 29
HSAC meetings to develop recommendations and justifications. (These meetings will take place each Friday from 12:30 to 5 p.m. at the Sarasota County Administration Center, 1660 Ringling Blvd., Sarasota, in the Think Tank located on the 3rd floor.)

September 1 - 12
Materials preparation by staff for BCC public meeting. 

September 15 - 19
HSAC review of materials and possible meeting.

September 24
Funding recommendations and associated materials distributed to BCC.

October 7
Contracted Human Services Public Meeting prior to finalization of contracts.  Council presentation to the Board of County Commissioners for the FY 2009 Contracted Human Services Program recommendations.
