All researchers are asked to
complete the
Inquiry Form.

Personal belongings must be placed in the library’s lockers. Only paper and
pencil and a laptop computer are allowed on work tables.

Food and beverages are not permitted in the library. This is a smoke-free
facility.

Do not write on, alter, lean
on, fold anew, trace or handle materials in any way
likely to damage them. Notify a staff member of any damaged material.

Use research material on designated tables. Do not remove items from a folder,
except to make
copies. Work with one folder at a time to avoid mixing items in different
folders. If you discover filing
errors, notify a staff member.

Do not re-shelve books in the library, leave them on the table. No materials or
books can be
borrowed or checked out of the library.

After using the microfilm reader or reader/printer,
you should rewind the film and
turn off the machine.

Cotton gloves will be provided for use when handling unprotected photographs.

The copy machine inside the library room is available to patrons. Ask a staff
member to review
materials to be copied, because some materials may be too fragile for copying.
If you require
assistance with the operation of the machine, ask a staff member before you
begin to copy.
