GIS Project Request Form
Welcome to the new GIS one-stop work request system. This system is designed to help you quickly request services from GIS and eliminate duplication by the several different business units in the county that routinely use GIS for maps, analysis and tables. This means we can provide you with a more efficient process resulting in faster delivery of products to our customers.

Please use this form for Project Requests only. For GIS related inquiries or questions, email gis@scgov.net.
In addition to requesting GIS services and materials through this Web site, you can contact the Call Center at 941-861-5000. Internal requests can also be made using Maximo self-service. As a GIS customer, you’ll still get the same great customer service including receiving live support throughout your project.

Once your request has been received, a GIS representative will contact you within 24 hours.
