Straight and upright, usually much taller
than wide. Tree is free of branches until top of crown
and provides a high, thin shade. Best used in natural,
informal plantings away from roads and structures.
Intolerant of disturbance or new irrigation. Great tree
for wildlife, but subject to failure in high wind
events. |
