Comments:

Extremely
cold and drought tolerant. Spines are alimiting factor
in some landscapes. One of the best choices for small
spaces or landscapes. Usually has clumping habit but is
earlier to keep as a single or two to three stemmed
plant. Tolerant of poor sites and is not limited by
elemental deficiencies that are often found in our
soils. Silver-leaf variety is now available. |
