October 2009
At a March 28,
2007, neighborhood meeting, county staff and project consultants
(PBS&J) presented
the
feasibility report, project design and cost estimates to the property owners.
Following that
meeting, a Project Unit Approval Petition was mailed to the 12
property owners. In order for the project to proceed, 67 percent
of the benefiting property owners must sign, notarize and
return the petition to the county.
The number
of required petitions is eight. To date, no petitions have been
received.
