Project Update -
October 2009 The
feasibility report was completed in April 2007.
At an April
25, 2007 neighborhood meeting, county staff and the project
consultant (PBS&J) presented the feasibility report, project
design and cost estimates to property owners.
Following
that meeting, a Project Unit Approval Petition was mailed to the
76 benefiting property owners. In order for the project to
proceed, 67 percent of the property owners must sign, notarize
and return this petition to the county.
The number
of required petitions is 51. To date, four completed petitions have been
submitted. |
