| Bills are due upon receipt and
become past due 15 days AFTER the bill date.
A late payment fee of 1.5 percent
is assessed if payment is not received by the close of business
on the 25th day after the bill date.
Disconnection of service may
occur if any previous balance is not paid by the due date.
Utilities is not responsible for delayed mail delivery of a
payment or a bill.
A partial payment is not
sufficient to continue service unless satisfactory payment
arrangements have been made with Utilities Customer Service in
advance.
